Incorrect infomartion on credit profile

The outstanding balance reflecting on my ITC profile is incorrect. This is preventing me from obtaining a home loan.
The balance outstanding shows as over R50000.00 whereas the balance confirmed last week R18849.00.
I need a letter reflecting the correct balance and my ITC profile updated.

This is unacceptable as due to youir administration error or sheer incompetence I am now prevented from obtaining housing, my basic human right.

I sent a letter to your offices on the 2nd of September 2013 requesting assistance and no one has bothered to return to me.
