Once again very poor AIG!!

This is the e-mail I send to AIG Compliance Officer: R.Moletsane - I was admitted to hospital on the 15/04/2013 up to the 19/04/2013 for Anterior Interbody Fusion in my neck, disc C5/6. This means the nerve was pinch between the disc's. I was involved in a car accident in October 2008 with some spinal injuries. Nothing major. In March 2013 I fell and the nerve moved between the two disc in my neck and had to go for the operation. Two to three weeks after the operation I remembered that I had hospital cover and submitted my claim via telephone. My claim no.: 76608 and case ref.: 378563. Several weeks later I phoned AIG to find out what is happening to my claim, I was told to submit more documents, which I did. Again no reply so I complained on "Hello Peter" and a lady by the name of Rachelle Botes phoned me just to tell me that due to an old injury to the spine they are not going to pay my claim. That is not good enough for me! The pain is so server if a nerve gets stuck between bones that you can hardly do ANYTHING! Never mind walk 5 years before doing anything. Please investigate this case as it is not acceptable to me.
