Ok, so maybe as a Platinum account customer I would suspect that one should firstly call the Platinum Line and get the platinum banker I was originally promised and then not Speak to the Same Customer service agent as everyone else, I should feel special, I don't!
I can't use my use my Telephone banking because that service hasn't been used for a year, so I need to have it reactivated too.
I have 5 recurring payments that have just expired this month, i simply want to reactivate them via my Internet banking the same way that they were created and change the end date. What is so hard about that? I can change the date on active recurring payment, but why not on a inactive recurring payment, that expired two days ago? Why should I go into a branch? it's such a croc. The Internet banking consultants seemed to have had Idea I could change it.
In my job time is money, and time spent in a branch is a waste of money, especially when I created the recurring payments online I should be able to reactivate them online without having to duplicate information that will not be changing!
Now, I why do I pay for Platinum banking.!
