This has become my last resort I have applied for a Bond with FNB I am a loyal and usually very happy FNB customer however this process has been the worst experience I have ever had with FNB. My reference number is 762HHA052013 I hope someone in a Managerial position will take note of this complaint I can no longer deal with a call centre and get absolutely no where! I have submitted my paysheet in excess of 5 times between the agent Powerhouse and myself I have faxed and emailed it, FNB call center just leaves it pending on the system no response only when I continuously phone all I get is paysheet unclear! I am beyond frustrated I am moving out my current property on 30 June 2013 and need an urgent answer from FNB and I am getting no response. I bank with FNB I am a good repeat customer can someone please assist me with a response URGENTLY I would really appreciate it!!!
