Poor feedback

On the 25th may 2013 i had a car accident someone drove into me so i reported the accident to the police and my insurance everything is in order all paper work but ever since i struggle to get feedback from aloma (responsible person handling my case) it is going for 3 week now and i only received 2 phone calls and a couple of emails so Wednesday i phoned again after the 7th attempt i came trough and she said that a Mr sakkie stander would phone me so he did the next day today i phoned again today asking the progress of my claim but her attitude was very bad towards me i am in a position were i am going to loose my job i am staying far from work (50km) i had to stay at peoples house but cant anymore so I'm forced to go back to the farm but now i am starring the transport problem in the face the other parties claim was sorted and settled out in 5 working days why do i have to weight so long for my claim i understand things like this takes time but atleast keep me updated as i am in the dark and change your attitude towards a cient paying good money please help
