ACCOUNT and no response recieved

My vehicle was broken into and my handbag includ id and drivers license was 19 October 2012.
During 2013 accounts were opened on my name and I was made aware of this only after these were open and purchases were made.

I got in contact with all the financial institutes and all except RCS/Game have assisted me with regards to this pain. I have been in contact with them ever since the culprit was caught. It so happened that I was in the same mall at the time that the 2nd purchase were being made and assist Game in catching the person.

Since then I have found no joy in the service I have received as the account has still not been cleared from my name, as well as no feedback received from RCS management as to what is happening.

I feel as a customer I deserve to be kept informed with regards to this as my credit profile gets affect by this.
Initially I was made to believe that the turn around time for this would be 21 days and that was told to me on the 6 May 2013, still no feedback was given. I have even emailed them again and again.

The people I spoke to were: Felicia Prince, Simonique W, aswell as Hilton Thyssen
Can some one please give me feedback as this is frustrating.
