What a joke. It is no surprise that Standard Bank staff totally ignore clients at all. I complained on Hellopeter on 11 June 2013. Standard Bank did not even contact me apart from their mail, dated 11 June 2013, stating that the matter will be resolved. Yeah, maybe another 3 weeks with my money earning no interest at all. Not a bad bank, must be the WORST bank ever!!! Just impossible to get my own details to have my own money transferred into my own account. ABSURD!!! Where to now. Must I go to the Ombud or is their any regulatory body that can address this kind of service to customers, or must we just accept this kind of attitude from management AND staff!!!
