No communication and inefficient

Dealing with Sanlam has been the most frustrating experience.

One of the Sanlams clients crashed into my car. she admitted to the crash and claimed third party insurance.
- she told me all the forms I needed and sent them to her
- I heard nothing from them after a couple of weeks so called them only to get constant ringing, I tried to email and then no response
- Eventually spoke to supervisor and was told that if I wanted this to be quick I should go through my insurance. Why must I pay excess and lose out on my insurance?
- sent in all the correct paper work and heard nothing after another month
- called back only to be told it has now been passed onto another person
- Spoke to the other person who is now asking me about the accident again? And to be told the claim could take up to three months?

There has been no point where I have been contacted by this insurance. Thank goodness my car is still drive-able but if it were not I would be sitting in a state of not knowing whats happening to my car.

All in all there has been no communication except when I call. Very inefficient and disappointing.
