De Lucia Properties have one of the worse services ever, on so many occasions i have requested that statements be amended and payments be allocated to my account, their accounts department just seems to not give any kind of reply to e-mails sent!! Worse Managing agency ever!! They cant even rectify accounts that shows arrears and charge for arrears amounts even though proof of payment of months ago have been provided to them.
