My claim for PSSPF was submitted a few weeks ago. Last week, 14 June 2013, I received an sms saying that the claim form was incomplete, and I need to contact a certain number in order to find out what is wrong and try and correct it. Firstly, the number they give in the sms is wrong, so whoever is in charge of outgoing communication, must correct that. You are wasting peoples time and money, because they keep on dialing the wrong number. Secondly, after I did manage to get the correct number, there seem to be no answer. We have been phoning constantly, but it just rings, and either go dead, or switch to a answering machine. |Keep in mind that this is not a toll-free number!!! Well, according to the answering service, the mailbox is full. We therefore cannot leave any message. So here is my message: "If someone does not contact me personally by telephone, within the next 7 days, I will have no option as to take matters further.
