Unpaid PSSPF

There must be a mistake. Today i received R1 380 on my Bank account from PSSPF Transfer. but according to my PSSPF Claim forms my employer wrote down R30 228 Annual taxable salary. Can anyone explain to me how and why i got R1 380 where is the rest of the money
