Am really upset with miway. i requested from their claims department to tell me how do i obtain my personal belonging that were left in my car at the panelbeter where my car was stored before being written off, and that was 06 June 2013. i also requested that they investigate who instructed a removal of the shortfall cover on my policy, i need proof of exactly what happend to my cover because that cover i had since 2010 not i discover its nolonger there. am still waiting for a response. this its really upsetting because am constantly the one who has to call and get told that they will get back to me. i demand a response to my two queries.
