I Ronica Maswuba called miway with regad to cancellation of my cover due to a misunderstaning that happend when i made a claim withdrawal last month.
my cover was cancelled and Susan helped me to resume my cover with the equivalent premium compared to my last cover.she was very understanding and very patient with me. she even called me back after she made some enquiries with the claims department.
