Great Attitude, Great Service

Phoned OUTsurance to add a vehicle to my insurance profile.

Samy answered the call, was friendly, had a great attitude and a sense of humour. Took all my details and gave me a quotation really quick withouout making me wait or hold the line.

When I asked him for a better rate, he said it might be possible, discussed it with a superior and transferred me to Rave.

Rave was just as friendly, also had a great attitude and also had a sense of humour. I asked him for a year's free insurance, which he respectfully declined - but he did do a full review of my profile and saved me on every single item.

At the end of the day, I spent 15mins on the phone, had decent conversations with people who actually wanted to help me (not just sell me something) and saved a couple of hundred bucks in the process.

Not a bad afternoon I'd say.

I would reccommend OUTsurance to anyone!
