Bad attitude towards client

I encountered two incidents at an Absa bank on the 18th and the 19th of June. The first is where an employee thought it would be fine to make a comment about me in Zulu thinking I would not understand as i am a foreigner. Upon asking her to repeat what she said, she said she was not talking to me but she was talking to her colleague. her name is Lindiwe Zondi if I am not mistaken. The second incident was between me and Rangee Govender. She made me wait for almost 45 minutes for a 3 line letter. She had people coming to her desk to make jokes and stuff. Upon me asking her "is this what took so long? " referring to the 3 lined letter, she responded by saying "yes" and rolling her eyes at me. This is very unprofessional and it shows just how incompetent most of the staff are at that branch. Why cant they be professional like Kingsmead, Montclair or Field Street branches? Unless it was just because of my nationality or my age that I wasnt treated like an absa client? i wont be using that branch in the near future as I feel they are as useless as the 'P' in psycho.
