Poor Client Service by one Agent

I went to absa bank at East Rand Mall just to add beneficiary on my account. When I got there in a que I was number two and waited for other agent to assist other client but wow Lindiwe Vilakazi took more than 25 minutes to asssit one client and when I went by to be assisted by Adri Paulsen she did everything well on the system but she had to wait so long for Lindiwe to just type in the password so that Adri Paulsen can have access in finalizing my query and Adri went and went again to Lindiwe she kept on saying she'll be there just a minute. Her performance need to be monitored if other people will wait on her like that while the que is pilling up.
