Money trsnsferred from my acc and no help yet

On friday the 12/04/2013 I got an sms that show 600 rands had been transferred from my savings account. When I called the standard bank customer line I was tranfeted back and forth to four employees of standard bank who had no idea how that money was transferred and could not tell me where it was transferred to. They only told me it happened at the san ridge branch and will get someone to call me. Mind you I have no debits set on my account and have given no permission to any one to transfer money. On saturday I got a call from Madgagdie at sanridge who said she is aware of tye problem and is still investigating the situation and will give me feedback by Monday. In total 5 employees could not help me and the 600 rands have still not been transferred back in my account. I'm scared that more monies can be transferred and standard bank won't be able to help.
