I have had vehicle and household insurance with Budget Insurance which was cancelled without prior notice and or reverting back after I have arranged with them that due to me moving to Tanzania and the high costs involved that I will be able to make normal and back payment of my insured items at the end of May. When I was informed of the cancellation I contacted them for reinstatement - emails was send on numerous occasions - involving details of my sister where my vehicle is kept and empty promises that a consultant will contact me to arrange reinstatement - as of today my vehicle and household items are still uninsured and I'm still waiting for Budget to comeback to me. I have even went as far as sending them an email stating that I will take this matter further but they just ignore it and seem to be totally ignorant to any customer request - pathetic service standards and response!!! I wanted reinstatement but this is the last straw... Budget Insurance NEVER AGAIN - BUDGET SAYS IT ALL.
