Firstly the last statement received in April reflected a credit value of R16k, when we first started querying in May this via the call centre they sent us statements only could not assist with the reason why there is a credit value. these statement now reflected a debit balance of R70k, Then I was referred to team leader of Client Service Aftercare, who promptly advised me that the query has been sent to Term Adjustments & they would respond. a week later (12/06) after not hearing anything the i followed up with this person only to be told that the request has been escalated to the team leader of the applicable team. still by yesterday i had not heard anything, i once again asked for a contact name & number only to receive the name Sharon Mace. Today i called Nedbank switchboard for her number & her phone constantly rings then cuts off. Is there someone who can assist or does anyone at mfc know whats going on???
