On the 18.06.2013 i phoned MiWay customer Care with the intention to cancel my policy because i had a beeter offer from the other supplier. The lady who answered my call told me that she will put me to the insurance adviser because she cannot assist me by then. She then put my call to Lemmy who was very friendly and polite and his first words was that Mr. Dikobe i dont want to loose you as client and he appreciate the fact that i choose MiWay. Lemmy promised to check if he could assist and come up with an acceptable offer. There way he talked with me made me realised that every cent counts at MiWay and also it made me realised that he valued the relationship i had with his company. Then he came with a better offer that made me to change my plans. This really helped me to pay reasonable while at the very same time retaining the same package. I felt strongly that i need to congragulate him for having shown care and his willingness to advise me and ensure that i still remain part of the MiWay Family.
