Excellent Service on Cellphone Contract Problem

After doing an application through FNB for a cellphone contract and having endless problems with Cell C to get contact details for sending through documents I eventually decided to escalate the matter back to FNB.

After a weeks struggling and order cancellation from Cell C, Lindiwe said I can send the documents through to her and she will take the matter up.

A couple of hours after sending my docs through to her she got the order reinstated and got the ball rolling again. She also said i can contact her directly should I run into any other problems
