I have still not received a response after it was promised that FSP will get back to me on the 15th of Nov 2013. I have also still not received a refund. FSP cannot simply shout 'refund policy' and then write a customer off! They easily take your money, do not provide you with the refund policy terms and conditions beforehand and then exclaim to you after you request a refund that 'sorry, that is our refund policy' whilst advertising their stance of a 60 day money back garantee on their website!! This is simply unacceptable. If I do not receive a resonse and refund within the coming week I will take this a step further and report this on the Forex Peace Army (FPA) website! I HAVE CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS! EVEN WITH FSP'S REFUND POLICY I HAD A 7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!! I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS I CAN IF NESSESARY. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
