I made a report last week on the bad service of KFC. I then phoned them, to follow up and also to inform them of the report. I was then promised that I would recieve the food vouchers by the latest on monday. It is now WEDNESDAY and still NOTHING. I told Enrico to email the vouchers to me, and he said it can only be done via registered mail. KFC is a disaapointment to the fast food industry, and I, for one, won't be going back there anytime soon. It seems that they don't care about their customers, as they can only respond with a generated message. I wasted my time, money and energy on empty promises and useless service.
