Credit card query

I have paid my credit card and received an sms that I have funds available after paying but to my surprise when I went to get some cash there was 0.00 on the account and the customer care number number they provided me with is never attended to and i lost more money trying to get hold of them this is daylight and m not paying anything this month without being contacted
