MY PROBLEM JUST DOES NOT GET RESOLVED

I was retrenched in November and continued paying my credit card for December and January. Having not found a new job, in February I applied for credit protection as per the contract on my credit card and loan.

I was informed that all was in order, and my claim was processed and the payments would be covered by STANDARD GENERAL as per the CREDIT LIFE COVER until May - because i only applied in FEB, i lose 2 months protection. If I am still unemployed at the end of May, then my accounts would be settled by them.

BUT THATS NOT THE WORST!!!

Imagine my surprise when i received an SMS notification from the ITC today, that my credit card is 30 days in arrears. I called the number provided for their call center and a lady assured me she would sort it out and send me all correspondence - SURPRISE - no communication, i am still listed, and now i am going for interviews, and i have an ITC listing. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING!!!

NOW A WEEK LATER MY PROBLEM IS STILL THERE AND AFFECTING INTERVIEWS WHEN MY CREDIT REPORT IS DRAWN.
I SEND MY APPLICATION FOR CREDIT PROTECTION ON 02 FEBRUARY, BUT BY 13 MARCH THE INSURANCE HAD STILL NOT PAID MY ACCOUNT - NOW I'M LISTED AND CANNOT GET THIS SORTED
