I would like to warn people about this people who called me claiming that they can assist in decreasing my installments. The next thing they deduct R1000 into my account but not paying my accounts on my behalf as per agreement. I tried calling & had send several emails to them with no response for over 3 months. Was so surprised when they finally replied quoted: "We pay your creditors on your behalf, just make sure that you pay us every month. Your money will be distributed to your creditors after your third payment has been debited."I am still shocked because I was convinced that they will pay my installments but was never told that they will deduct for 3 months before the pay. Now as a single parent trying to recuperate from maternity. I saw this as an opportunity to breath with my installments. Only to find out that I have been scarmed, I didn't know that they put my name under debt counseling without checking with me first. I have asked my lawyers to look into this matter, I hope this matter can be resolved ASAP. So that I can have my life back please.
