I applied for a My gig 2 contract on 01/02/2014 and it was declined. When I phoned the branch, they informed me that I am a bad payer and they will not grant me the contract. I phoned vodacom customer care and spoke to the accounts department that informed me that there is no problems on my account and I have a very good payment history. They sent me through to their sales department where they informed me that if the contract was declined, I can only apply for it again after three months. Nice to know that it was declined by one department due to bad payments and the other have no problems with a new contract... Where is the customer service in that???
