Banking could be boring and a pain... but not at Newton Park branch, thanks to a lady called Lynne Cherry! She is bubbly, friendly, funny, helpful, patient and always looks happy to be there! I watched as she helped her clients at your ATM's (that looks like a Boeing cockpit!) and how she gets even an old man to use the ATM like a pro - after she finished with him, both were laughing, and the client walked out, feeling he has won the battle with the ATM!
Is this lady for real?...yes, because every time I go to your branch... there she is... creating the same "happy vibe" as usual!
Maybe you can use her to show other Banks how banking should be!
