CONDITION OF COVER: INSPECTION

On the 19/2/2013 I took both my vehicles to Glassfit Boksburg for the inspection that Outsurance requested. Glassfit said that they would fax the paperwork to Outsurance. I received confirmation that my sedans paperwork was received. On the 10/4/2013 I received an sms requesting confirmation for condition of cover: inspection & approved tracking device for my ldv. I emailed the paperwork immediately to the email address provided. On the 10/5/2013 I received the same sms again. I emailed the paperwork again for the second time and I also phoned the call centre where a gentleman acknowledged the receipt of the email and while speaking to him he forwarded to the person responsible. Now 0n the 11/6/2013 I received the same sms again!!! Can the person responsible for my profile please sort this out. I have sent the information twice already and if the person responsible cannot do their work properly then get someone who can!!!
