We have submitted a claim during the month of October 2012. Every time that we phone in, we receive a different story from different agents. It has been 8 months now and the money has not been paid out. The staff seem incompetent and do not know what they are doing, the feedback we receive is inconsistent. We still do not know when the money will be paid out, all the documentation were received. I need a manager who knows what he/she is doing to contact me in this regard as soon as possible.
