Still no reimbursement after 5 months

I went for a general check up in October 2012. As it was the first time using this doctor, the surgery requested that I pay in cash, and claim the money back from my medical aid. I paid the amount, and submitted the invoice and all relevant details to CAMAF via email. I received an email response, saying the claim has been received.

After a month, I had not heard anything back, so i emailed again.

In the 5 months that have passed since first submitting, I have been in contact with Nathan Leonard. I had to resubmit the invoice twice, and contact CAMAF numerous times to find out how far along the process is (while all my other colleagues submitted claims and were reimbursed within a week of mailing their invoice).

5 months on, i have STILL not received my money! Upon calling the call centre last week, a lady told me the money has been paid - but to the doctors surgery! This is after explicitly stating in mails, that I had made the payment myself. Even the invoice shows that a payment was made by me!

I was also told that i will not receive the full amount back! This was not told to me when i first signed up!

I am IRATE at CAMAF's service! I want my money back!!!
