I have been founded medical unfit on 31/05/2012. I went to my local Standardbank branch to claim against the disability clause on my Edgars Marster card |(nr 5274662206911393) and Blue bean Master card (NR 5120550201015482). They gave me the necessary documents to be completed by myself and my treating doctor. The documents were handed in and e-mailed to a certain Zaakira Gaus who handled the so called claims.
On 11/04/2013 my Bluebean account has been paid in full (thank you for that) but up to date nothing was heard about the Edgars Master card. I made some enquiries and was told that standarbank does not deal with the claims but Hollard. I can not understand whats going on for my contract stipulate that the card has been issued by standardbank (its successors in the title or assigns)
Also i received a sms saying "TRANSFER TO 5274662206911393 R4108-22 from account 5213" i never gave permission to anyone to take MY money out of MY banking account. How can they do that as i made the arrangement that i will pay R260-00 per month until there's an outcome on the claim.
