That's just the way it is?

I have had an MFC account since Sep 2012. MFC recently did some or other "upgrade" which involved me getting a new account number and a new look statement. The new statement, however, has an incorrect address for me. When I queried it with the contact centre, they told me that the address that they have pulls through from the Nedbank data base that they use due to some or other system integration and if I want to correct it, I must go to a Nedbank branch and get Fica-ed. I did all the relevant Fica-ing with the F&I at the VW dealership and I don't see why I should be inconvenienced by what appears to be a minor system error and a contact centre who possibly doesn't have access to my finance file to double check and who couldn't be bothered to escalate it to someone who does. They cannot offer me a suitable explanation and they have stopped responding to my e-mails.
