So just a brief letter to tell you people you totally. As a tenant in a complex, i am disgusted that firstly it takes 8 months for you to assess a claim and secondly brush me off because of my fall. To date i have medical bills i am still paying off with injuries that will never go away. A partial report given by one person at this dumb place "shall strongly defend any approach made by the tenant." i hope that one day when you fall or are in an accident you will remember me... All i want is my medical bills paid, is that too much to ask you people.???
