I paid my wesbank/direct axiz account of R21279.54. and requested a paid up letter. This is the response i received from Wesbank on the6th June 2013
"Good day Mrs. SE Hollander,

Thank you for your recent correspondence.

When your payment reflects on your account within 2 working days, a paid-up letter will be sent to you."

I have sent numerous emails since this and NO RESPONSE. May account still reflects as open. I want it closed
