I got a makro rcs card and made one purchase at makro wonderboom, i them got a phone call that i have not paid my account, i kindly informed them i have not received an account yet but if they supply the banking detail i will pay more than what is needed, i paid R200, then a week or 2 later i get another phone call that i have not paid, i paid again R200, a week later another phone call i paid again R200, a month went by i start getting phone calls all the time, that i have never paid!!! I pay another R300 keep in mind the initial purchase was around R850 /- i after all this i start to phone them asking to speak to Delmari, Martin and Denver to sort this out, i supplied the proof of payments and bank statements numerous times, now i get a phone call from some blake place that i have been handed over to!!! WHY ARE NOBODY SORTING OUT THIS ADMINISTRATION PROBLEM, I WILL KEEP RCS LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO MY CREDIT RATING IF I FIND OUT THAT IT HAS BEEN AFFECTED!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WANT ANSWERS AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY ANSWERS!!
