So this is how your corporate client get treated?

This is the original mail I sent her. I have never been as insulted as I have been today. I phoned in the request our amortization certificate from West Bank, never mind that you asked me to phone in when I requested it but I did. After jumping trough how many hoops I finally get to someone willing to assist, only to find that they have no record of me, and I first needed to get hold of one of the other directors to get permission (GET PERMISSION AS FINANCIAL DIRECTOR AND MAIN SIGNATORY!). Well then she eventually did send trough the documents as per request, I then asked her to update the system as I was not willing to go through that process again. She then told me that she needed to speak to one of the directors again in order to arrange this. After I refused and asked for her full name as I wanted to lodge a complaint as my signature is in fact on the contract when we purchased the vehicle. She then dropped the call. Se sends me back to schedule (Why not arrange it in the first place) but still does not resolve my issue with the agent. I ask about a petrol card application I have yet to receive feedback on and I get, Petrol Card Application was sent to our credit card dep, I know that!
