No one from this company ever comes back to me. spoke to numerous people and all of them "no i WILL come back to you". But guess what??? Still nothing. Don't you people want to help me or what?? If you didn't want to help me why ask me to get all the paperwork in order and all the bank statements.. Now Ive been waiting so long that i have to go and get new statements from the bank. Betterbond don't care because they want it and now because i waited so long for them to come back to me i need to get new statements AGAIN and have to pay for statements AGAIN. Thats also if they phone back. Thats now service with a smile. I spoke to a lady 2 days back and she said she couldn't believe that no one helped me and that she would phone me back yesterday to find out who was helping me. AGAIN no one phoned.
