I put in a claim for my damaged gate motor and asked that they please attend to my claim urgently as I need it to be replaced before the weekend. They kept me constantly updated and the claim was finalized on Tuesday (the following day) and the funds deposited in my account on Wednesday. The motor was fitted and working by this morning. Many thanks to Jeanette Botha and the assessor Christine Vaneden. I was told to be skeptical about Santam before joining but I have realized that this was the right decision. Well done guys.
