Called re revision of my monthly premium. First spoke to Thumi, who was so friendly and professional!! After hearing what my enquiry was, he put me through to Lushendran who was just as friendly and professional. The whole experience felt unreal - hardly ever get this kind of professionalism at a call centre nowadays. Felt so good to understand the people on the other side of the line (proper English!) and to be served efficiently. Within minutes I had a lower premium, which was an absolute bonus, because the experience itself (to speak to intelligent, friendly, efficient people) was so surprising and like a glimpse of HOW IT'S ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE EVERYWHERE!!!
