Overall bad experience

I have a temporary loan with FNB that is due to be paid at the end of June. I received an email on 11 June from attorneys that my account on this loan had been handed over to them. With the faith I have in FNB, my immediate thoughts were this is a email. I then proceed to the bank at Mowbray which has always been a nightmare for me because the service at this branch is so poor. Not aiming to disappoint me I wait in the queue for what seems like an eternity, only to be assisted by the queries lady who doesnt take the time to understand what my issue is. Eventually I am put on the phone with the loans division hwere im told that I need to query with the attorneys because they (FNB) dont know why i received this msg (although the msg clearly says the attorneys are acting on behalf of FNB). Eventually I get the attorneys who then explain to me that the msg was sent to them by FNB in error and they sent to me because of that error. Mowbray branch is really a sore topic for me and Im just getting really tored of FNB. Maybe its time to be helped by somebody else.
