LACK OF CONCENTRATION

I went to the branch to activate my Internet banking as presently I can only view, I needed that service ASAP to receive cash and make sure it was transfer it to different accounts before Friday the 14th June 2013.Beauty requested Id, card & my cell-no. to process my request and I gave her everything she asked for. To my surprise when checking on my laptop at home I could not log on, it requests RVN & it stated I must go back to the branch again. Some of us we are too busy. Now Ill be charged extra money for arrangements I had to make, it will give my business partners the impression that I'm incompetent. Iv been trying to change my address from 2010, went to the branch for that more than 5 times its still the same with my old address. I requested R500 from my Day's last month, it shows its available but it was not transferred to my savings acc. as they don't provide cards for day's notice. I'M EVEN CONSIDERING MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK.
