I purchased shares from this company in 2005 and throughout this time i have never received share cerrtificates or any correspondence. I started on 6 February making inquiries about selling this shares and was totally ignored. I then managed to pester them until i got a response from one Pheladi Makgabo who has to date been teh only person who has ever responded to me. I then inquired about the value of teh shares and how i need to go about selling them and was told taht i needed to get myself a broker and when i inquired about the value was referrerd to another company which i had to call on 086 1100 933 and they referred me back to Strat Corp Limited number (012) 643 - 7400. I have been passed back and forth since February 2013 and the attitude was just appalling.
did not even bother to respond to my queries. As if taht was not enough teh call centre agents kept on referring to incorrect personal information.
It is impossible to get any help and unbelievable that i have not been receiving statements and updates on my investment for the past 9 years.
