Internet banking suspended twice now

My internet banking did not let me log on. It says access suspended and gives a number to phone. This has happened once before. Last time it happened I asked the chap I spoke to to find out why it happened and get back to me. This time the call was cut somehow before I could ask again. I'm quite concerned about the safety of my funds given that someone seems to be trying to guess my password. Please find out what is going on and send me an email.
