First National Bank
Poor service & no response in smart devices sales

I applied for a smart smart device before easter. I followed all procedures by sms, apply online and telephone application and received no response. After calling the supervisor/ manager they keep telling me they are escalating the matter to headoffice, she was never available to give me feedback or return my messages. Today is the third week and have to wait another week to get a call if my application has gone through :(
