Terrible Service

I resigned from my co April 12th 2013. Docs for pension fund were sent through May 23rd, I called to find out and a lady explained that she was awaiting approval from our H.R, I then contacted H.R and she was confused, she then called them and was told they waiting for the payment to be despatched from OM and not our H.R, I then called again a week later and was told the payment will be in my acc within 10-15 days from the 23rd May, this was told to me on numerous occassions by the call centre. I have relocated to EC and desperately in need of this money, today I call and I get told it was only seen to on June 03rd and pay out 4-6 weeks??? Hello, is OM going to pay my rent at the end of this month? I don't think so, I visited OM's website and due to no complaints under general I emailed a complaint / concern to the tax cert dept, I even explained in there y I used that email addy and for them to pls escalate to the correct dept. I had no response from anyone, the service, I would never use OM again, I am disappointed, sitting witjh a knob in my throat as I expected the payment this week. I have no clue where to. I would like a senior person to make me understand all of this.
