Poor service and admin

I have a debit order with hi finance and have constant problems.
I get an sms every month saying that my account is in arreirs, which is rediculours as I have a debit order scheduled and it shows that it has gone through with my bank statements but on their side they have no record. I am so dissapointed with this service and I doubt I will ever make an agreement with them in future.
