ITC Listing of paid up account

My Blue Bean credit card has been paid up more than a year ago, yet the ITC listing agains my name still states i owe the bank R2000. I contacted their legal department and got a letter confirming this has been paid up. I was then told to call Standardbank's 0861001868 to have my profile updated. I was then told to call the card department to have it update. Each call i was holding on for about 30min to an hour. Finally got hold of them only to be told DMC needs to update my profile, i then told them i have a letter from them, then got told to fax the letter. Attempt number 9 today and the fax still does not go though to the number. Standardbank is quick to list you for not paying but does not care to remove the listing more than a year after payments been rec'd in full.
