I AM TIRED OF FNB'D DELAY OR REFUSAL TO REPAIR THE IPAD SOLD TO ME BY THEM. I REPORTED IT'S DAMAGE IN FEBRUARY AND HAVE BEEN MADE TO WAIT FOR THEIR COURIERS TO COME COLLECT THE IPAD SINCE THEN . I HAVE PHONED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES TO FOR THEM TO GIVE ME THE ADDRESS WHERE I CAN DROP IT OFF AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP IN THAT REGARD EITHER. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AS MONEY IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL.

SURELY THIS APPALLING SERVICE GRANTS ME THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD ANY DEDUCTIONS TOWARDS THEIR PRODUCT UNTIL THEY DO RIGHT.
