Hi,

There is not enough space to explain the situation, but in short, on recommendation from the Selcourt branch I replaced my Cheque card with a Debit card before leaving for the USA and to my shock realized that in the past 2 months I have been charged over R2000 in banking fees. No mention was ever made about banking fees.

I called the card devision and was told that the only person that can help me is the branch manager in selcourt. I have been trying, with no success, to get feedback from the Branch Manager regarding the ridiculous banking fees that I have been charged.

Can somebody please respond!!
